WHAT ARE YOUR MOVE-IN FEES?
Each apartment is billed move-in fees that include a $50
application fee per resident who is 18 years or older, a
non-refundable leasing fee of $350 (if fully approved), and a
security deposit. If fully approved, the security deposit is $0.
Applicants that are not fully approved will choose to have either a
guarantor or pay a security deposit equal to one month’s rent.
WHAT ARE YOUR LEASE TERM OPTIONS?
Each of our apartments are available to lease for an initial lease
term of 7-14 months.
IS RENTERS INSURANCE REQUIRED?
No, however it is encouraged. Renters insurance is a policy you can
purchase to protect your personal property as the
management/landlords is not responsible for replacement to tenants.
Replacement of your belongings if they are damaged, lost, or stolen
could be covered. TCC does not promote any specific insurance
coverage company to use.
WHAT SCHOOLS ARE YOU ZONED FOR?
Oviedo Grove is proudly positioned in one of Seminole county’s A+
school districts. Our students are zoned for Carillon Elementary,
Jackson heights Middle and Oviedo High School. Carillon Elementary
and Oviedo High School have a bus stop that picks up at our
community.
WHAT PETS ARE ACCEPTED?
We are pet friendly with no breed restrictions up to 80 lbs. The
pet fee ranges from $150-$300 for the first pet and $150 for the
second. Additionally, pet rent ranges from $25-35. Both pet fee and
pet rent are dependent upon the age and weight of your pet.
HOW FAR IS OVIEDO GROVE FROM OTHER
ORLANDO ATTRACTIONS?
Our community is centrally located to many Central Florida hot
spots! Downtown Orlando – 20 minutes Orlando International Airport
– 25 minutes Mall at Millenia – 30 minutes Universal Studios &
Island of Adventure – 35 minutes Sea World – 40 minutes Walt Disney
World – 45 minutes
ARE YOUR APARTMENTS FURNISHED?
Our apartments are unfurnished, allowing our residents for complete
control over their decorating tastes.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RENT?
Included for free with each lease is pest control and refuse
collection. Residents are responsible monthly for all utility costs
associated with electricity, water, sewer and internet.
CAN I TERMINATE MY LEASE EARLY?
When you sign a lease with Oviedo Grove Apartments, you are given
the option of an early lease termination. Each resident can choose
to either pay a termination fee and provide a 60 day notice to
vacate or to vacate early and continue paying rent on the apartment
until such time it re-rents. Residents can also complete an
assignment of the lease, which allows the resident to find a
qualified renter to assume the remainder of the lease agreement.
Once the assignee is found, both parties will work with the leasing
team to complete the paperwork to turn over the lease to a new
renter.
HOW CLOSE ARE YOU TO UCF?
We are approximately eight minutes from UCF.
IS IT SAFE HERE?
No community can guarantee your safety, but we do a lot to prevent
crime. Here are some of the steps we take to keep our community as
comfortable as possible: we have multiple team members who choose
to make Oviedo Grove their homes, a courtesy officer who lives in
the community, strict application criteria and we work closely with
the Oviedo Police Department Crime Free Multi-Housing Program.
IS IT NOISY?
We have noise restrictions set up in our lease so that if you ever
have a problem, our office will be able to work closely with you to
resolve any noise concerns.
ARE THERE ANY SPECIALS?
While any special offers are included in your quoted rent, we do
have a preferred employer program that offer’s 1/2 off the leasing
fee with an approved application. Our preferred employer program
includes the following: University of Central Florida, Seminole
State College, Active and Retired Members of the US Armed Forces,
Siemens, Seminole County, Lockheed Martin, City of Oviedo, SCPS,
ORMC, Florida Hospital, Central Florida Regional Hospital, Shands,
and Nemours Children’s Hospital.
